Our Leadership Team

At Enhanced Living, we love what we do and the people we interact with each day.

Erynn Dreaddy

Director of Care
(Oromocto & Gagetown)

I am an immensely proud mom of 3 beautiful children, a wife to an amazing and supportive husband, and a Licensed Practical Nurse. I have always been drawn to helping others. When I was young, I wasn’t sure what I wanted to do for a career, but I knew I had to be surrounded by people.

I first graduated from Human Services in 2005, working in group homes and daycares I found myself wanting more. In 2010 I graduated from the Personal Support Worker program at NBCC. I worked in a nursing home for 3 years and I loved it, but I still felt as if there was more I could do. In 2014 I bridged over and became a Licensed Practical Nurse. I worked on a medical and stroke unit until 2016 when the Oromocto Special Care Home “Enhanced Living” opened its doors. I started as a full-time nurse on the floor for the first year. From there I started doing supervisor/ management duties and I now direct both the Oromocto and Gagetown Enhanced Living locations.

I have learned a lot in the past 5 years but am still learning more every day. I recently completed the Human Resource Management course at UNB, and I am currently taking an Advanced Foot Care course.

I take great pride in my role and I love my job. Not everyone gets to say I love my job and those I am surrounded by. I would say I am one of the lucky ones.

Stacy Clements

Supervisor
(Oromocto)

I started my path as a PSW in 2007. In 2016, I began working at what is now Enhanced Living Oromocto. I always knew I wanted to care for others, bring peace, and provide a calming atmosphere. At Enhanced Living Oromocto, I feel our management team and staff bring this atmosphere to our residents and their families.

My Bachelors of Arts in Psychology and a few courses in gerontology and sociology, plus experience, have given me knowledge about our aging population. I use this education in assisting our residents and their families. The transition from their home to a new home can be challenging and we, the staff at Enhanced Living Oromocto, want to make that transition as smooth as possible while giving the best care to every resident we care for.

Alyssa Hinchey

Supervisor
(Oromocto)

If I were asked when I was 10 years old what I would be doing when I grew up my answer would have been a NICU nurse. Even though things didn’t go as I dreamed, they would, I believe I am exactly where I should be. Caring for others is my calling. I have a heart large enough to carry love for each of my residents as individuals.

I started my journey with this company as a PSW in 2016 when we first opened our doors. I worked the floors and tried to gain every bit of knowledge I could about my residents, and I welcomed all the educational opportunities that were offered to me. With my heart and that knowledge, it led me to be one of the two building supervisors at Enhanced Living Oromocto.

My goal each day is to go to work and brighten AT LEAST one person’s day! I want “work” to be a fun place to be for the staff and I want “home” to be filled with laughter, love, and beautiful memories for our residents.

Alicia Simmons

LPN
(Oromocto & Gagetown)

I chose to become an LPN due to my passion for caring for others. In 2015 I began my career in geriatrics long-term care, this experience inspired me to begin my career with Enhanced Living NB in 2020. My goal within Enhanced Living is to collaborate with the healthcare team and provide the best care possible for every resident entrusted into our care.

Victor MacIntosh

Kitchen Manager
(Oromocto)

Cooking has been a huge part of my life since I was very young. My grandmother cooked with so much love and she passed that on to me.

The goal for me at Enhanced Living is to provide each and every resident with a dining experience that is comforting and feels like home.

The key to success is surrounding yourself with great people. That is exactly what we have done.
