Jason leads Enhanced Living, bringing entrepreneurial and senior leadership experience across long term care, government relations, community development, and business growth. He serves on the provincial care home associations and the executive of the Canadian Association for Long-Term Care. Jason holds an MBA and BBA from UPEI, is a graduate of the Wallace McCain Institute, and was named one of Atlantic Canada’s Top 50 CEOs by Atlantic Progress Magazine.
Joshua oversees financial operations for Enhanced Living, including payroll, budgeting, capital planning, and financial analysis. He oversees the asset management program and information systems for the organization. He is a Chartered Accountant with experience in public practice, business ownership, and post-secondary instruction. Joshua holds a BA from UPEI, plus accounting diplomas from UPEI and Holland College.
Kense is a registered nurse and seasoned long term care leader. Originally joining Enhanced Living on the front-line as a PSW, then moving to the position of Director of Care, and now Chief Operating Officer and partner. He has strengthened recruitment, clinical standards, and interdisciplinary care across our homes. He brings specialized experience in complex medical conditions and holistic resident care. Kense holds an MBA from UPEI and earlier trained and practiced as a nurse in India.
