Enhanced Living launches CareForward Program
Last June 2026, the Enhanced Living team launched CareForward: our new three-month long employee development program. The program was designed to invest in the growth and development of selected employees nominated by their managers for their potential. The first of its kind, the CareForward program includes various activities meant to engage employees. These activities include self reflection assessments, facility-based focus groups and individual one on one development conversations with the program leader.
